Jaz Sharm Dreams, Sharm el-Sheikh

I had a delightful experience at Sharm Dreams Resorts. It’s a great place for families with a variety of activities and cheerful staff who genuinely want to help. The food is good and varied daily, though there were few hiccups with electricity. However, the large beach area and spacious facilities made up for it, despite some signs of aging.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately marred by several issues. While the staff showed some kindness, we had a major incident with a dog that left our child terrified. The room was too small, outdated, and we faced long waits for service. On the plus side, the location near the beach is excellent, but overall, this experience fell far short of our expectations.
